About Me
Hi, I’m Stephen Vincent-Grace, and I’m thrilled to share my photography journey with you. What started as a love for travel photography has evolved into a deep passion for landscape photography, capturing the beauty of the world’s most breathtaking locations.
My journey behind the lens began with a simple Canon point-and-shoot, which soon led to various Canon SLRs. However, the bulk of my gear eventually became a creative roadblock—I found myself uninspired and leaving my camera behind. After a year without a single shot, I made the tough call to sell all my equipment. But as any photographer knows, the urge to create never truly fades.
Enter the Fuji X system. With the Fuji X-Pro 2, I rediscovered my love for photography. Its compact, inspiring design reignited my passion, and after a year of shooting, I upgraded to the Fuji X-T3—a perfect fit for my landscape work. The Fuji community welcomed me with open arms, and some of its talented photographers became not just mentors but great friends.
Then, an unexpected twist—while photographing Iceland’s stunning landscapes, a fall left my camera and lens beyond repair. This moment pushed me to explore new possibilities, and after extensive research, I transitioned to the Nikon Z7 II. The full-frame sensor, enhanced dynamic range, and rugged build convinced me it was the right move, especially paired with the 100-400mm lens for greater reach. Though I considered the Fuji GFX system, its price and limited telephoto options made Nikon the best choice for now.
Through every change in gear, my passion for photography has remained constant. This website is a space to share my work, document my adventures, and connect with fellow photographers. If you’d like to collaborate, exchange ideas, or purchase prints from my gallery, feel free to reach out.
Thanks for stopping by, and happy shooting—may the light always be in your favor!
